Navigating the visa process for your medical residency in the US can be a challenge, but with the right information and approach, you can achieve success. Join me as I sit down with Dr. Ifeoma Ogbuka, an IMG who has now conquered the visa requirements after landing her dream residency at the Morehouse School of Medicine.

With the J1 visa, you'll need to meet certain conditions and requirements, but with the Conrad 30 Waiver or the Appalachian Regional Commission Waiver, you can avoid the two-year service mandate in your home country.
